  1. 5 minutes - Meeting starts with warm welcomes!

  3. 10 minutes - Read out the budget weighting considerations

  4. 15 minutes - Allow any comments for other suggestions to the budget weighting considerations

  5. 15 minutes - Share voting Google form and allow attendees to vote
