**Schedule**

The following is a rough guideline in terms of times.

1. **5 minutes** - Meeting starts with warm welcomes!
2. **10 minutes** - Review any questions concerning the vote
3. **10 minutes** - Read out the [budget weighting considerations](https://docs.catalystcontributors.org/catalyst-funding-categories/budget-weighting-votes/fund-8/budget-weighting-considerations)
4. **15 minutes** - Allow any comments for other suggestions to the [budget weighting considerations](https://docs.catalystcontributors.org/catalyst-funding-categories/budget-weighting-votes/fund-8/budget-weighting-considerations)
5. **15 minutes** - Share voting Google form and allow attendees to vote
6. **5 minutes** - Confirm vote result numbers are correct, thank attendees and end meeting
