Foundational - Comprehensive description of what it means to be a trustee for the most resilient of GPS students :-). Covers all there is to know about GPS and about what it means to be able to meaningfully contribute to the Catalyst and Cardano ecosystem.

Work in Progress (foundational) - For all who want to help the Catalyst GPS community and drive positive change, the form leads to answer few questions for you and the community and helps you to officially become a trustee.

Cooperation

GPS team suggestion to Circle members how to introduce the intended changes which should lead to better community engagement between circle and the rest of the community.

To be able to drive change in Catalyst the community needs to be given the oportunity to experiment with the ecosystem in the same time to make sure the changes done are not irreversible there is a need of process and testing environment for such experiments, this document outlines this need.

Suggested process for weekly meetings between Circle and the community to start start conversations, activity lead by Circle members, but helped by the GPS team.

To start with GPS

First ever Introduction of Catalyst GPS, was done for the Circle members.

Foundational - Reveal of GPS to the Cardano community. First 20 minutes is the introduction of GPS itself then a general discussion follows.

Done Collectivelly presented their Fund 9 proposal. Video includes GPS presentation, but mostly focuses on the need of experimentation and proper tooling in Catalyst proces.

Introduction GPS as part of one of the first GPS initiatives, is a bit outdated, not using all the terms correctly, but for a quick Idea what GPS should be about might be interesting.

To achieve good results in finding solution, conflict oriented discussion is a valid approach, dare to speak, dare to doo. Community is only build on the successes of others. So disagree and commit, be constructive and work to the end you need.

Put any number of metronoms on a plate which can move in 2 dimensions and they will all synchronize in time, that is all what we need a little bit of freedom and a way to communicate the activities of others, only destructive forces can stop us after that.
