Welcome aboard Catalyst GPS!
The place that allows you to focus on what you are good at and what brings you joy! Here we use the GPS framework to improve comprehension, communication, coordination and collaboration between community led initiatives to drive growth and adoption of the Cardano ecosystem.
Catalyst GPS is a framework owned by the community. It is up to you and your Catalyst colleagues to grow with the framework, modify it as you see fit and use it in ways that will take Catalyst to the next level.
GPS is meant to be a tool which helps decentralised communities to get aligned and oriented towards common dream. It is meant to create environment where people can gather and grow skills and find or create opportunities to participate. It builds environment where people can stay involved and informed without the need for constant communication.
Did you know that effective communication in a group without alignment structure breaks down when the number of members gets bigger then seven?

Ready to engage? - Share with others where you see yourself contributing and connect with those with similar interests, and mutually complementary knowledge and skills, to make collaboration easier. This is a form meant to onboard both individuals and groups to get noticed and to find their match. If you are interested in GPS concepts being deployed within the Catalyst ecosystem, whether in Sub-Circles, community groups or in new applications not yet perceived let others to know about you. Your decentralized future is behind the corner.
Dive into GPS Framework - See how deep the rabbit whole really is. Take on the knowledge the community before you gathered and add your own wisdom. Learn how to take a responsibility in the community, how to become a Champion of initiatives and proposals, how to be a steward helping the community to achieve their objectives, or how to help the Sub-circles to form as an representative.
Align your Initiative - Put your team, initiative or Objective on the board. This is a first tool to visualize GPS, first step to help us to align, before initiatives like Done Collectively or Vrooli deliver better, more all rounded experience. But there is really nothing to stop us from starting.
