# Welcome to the community! ## Welcome aboard Catalyst GPS! The place that allows you to focus on what you are good at and what brings you joy! Here we use the GPS framework to improve comprehension, communication, coordination and collaboration between community led initiatives to drive growth and adoption of the Cardano ecosystem. Catalyst GPS is a framework owned by the community. It is up to you and your Catalyst colleagues to grow with the framework, modify it as you see fit and use it in ways that will take Catalyst to the next level. GPS is meant to be a tool which helps decentralised communities to get aligned and oriented towards common dream. It is meant to create environment where people can gather and grow skills and find or create opportunities to participate.
